AI automation
Connecting to Pohoda, SuperFaktúra and Fakturoid
Documents are entered into your accounting program automatically. You only approve them.
A short call. We will show you 3 things that can be automated.
Who it's for
For companies and sole traders who keep their books in Pohoda, SuperFaktúra or Fakturoid and want to stop retyping invoices, orders and contacts by hand. You do not have to change programs.
What slows you down
- You enter invoice data into the accounting software by hand.
- You move orders and contacts between programs.
- When checking, you have to hunt for what was not entered.
How it works
- 1
Assessment.
A short call where we find out which documents and data you retype.
- 2
Proposal and price upfront.
You get them before you agree to anything.
- 3
Connection.
We connect to your program through its official interface (see the sections below).
- 4
Approval.
Documents go through you before they are entered or sent. Code calculates amounts, not AI.
What's left for you
- You approve invoices and quotes.
- You decide who has access to the systems. Data stays in your systems.
Pohoda (STORMWARE)
- Interface: an XML API for automated data exchange between Pohoda and external applications.
- Connection: through mServer (HTTP, request and response in XML) or by exchanging XML files in folders.
- Data the documentation lists: invoices, receivables and payables, orders, quotes, enquiries, contracts, bank, cash register, internal documents, stock and inventory, receipts and issue notes, the address book, bank accounts and more.
- Pohoda's response contains the processing status and errors, so we can see what was entered and what was not.
- Good to know: mServer is started through Pohoda itself and needs a separate instance of the program that cannot be used for everyday work at the same time. An internal network is recommended, not a computer with a public IP address.

SuperFaktúra
- Interface: a public REST API with documentation on GitHub and a test environment (sandbox) for both SK and CZ.
- Data: invoices and their payments, expenses, clients and contact persons, bank accounts, cash registers, stock items and stock movements, tags.
- Access: an Authorization header with the email and the API key from the account (Tools > API access). The documentation recommends a separate API user with the Administrator role.
- Limits: the API reports a daily and a monthly request limit in the response headers.

Fakturoid
- Interface: API v3, REST, JSON, authorisation through OAuth 2.
- Data: invoices, expenses and their payments, contacts, generators and recurring generators, stock items and movements, webhooks, tasks, bank accounts.
- Webhooks: Fakturoid can notify, for example, when an invoice is created, paid, overdue or sent, when a contact is created or changed, when stock moves, or when an inbox file has been processed by OCR.
- Limit: 400 requests per 60 seconds.
What about Money S3 and Shoptet
- Money S3: the API reads and writes invoices, the address book, stock documents and more. It requires the API add-on module and a key.
- Shoptet: orders, customers, products, invoices and webhooks. The private API is for Premium. More on the page Connect your e-shop to accounting.
