Contact form: name, email, phone, and your message — so we can answer your inquiry (pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Call booking: name, phone, and the chosen time — so we can call you and send an SMS confirmation.

AI BOS waitlist: your email address — so we can tell you about the launch (consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time).

Technical logs: your IP address when submitting a form — to protect against abuse and spam (legitimate interest).

We use these processors: Websupport, s.r.o. (mailbox and email delivery), Supabase Inc. (database), BulkGate / TOPefekt (SMS confirmations), and our web hosting provider. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Form messages and bookings are kept for the duration of our communication and at most 2 years after the last contact. Waitlist emails are kept until you withdraw consent. Anti-spam technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@grew.studio.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).

This website runs without third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We only use technical storage necessary for the site to work (such as remembering your language).
