Contact form: name, email, phone, and your message — so we can answer your inquiry (pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Call booking: name, phone, and the chosen time — so we can call you and send an SMS confirmation.

Technical logs: your IP address when submitting a form — to protect against abuse and spam (legitimate interest).

We use these processors: Websupport, s.r.o. (mailbox and email delivery), Supabase Inc. (database), BulkGate / TOPefekt (SMS confirmations), Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent), and our web hosting provider. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Form messages and bookings are kept for the duration of our communication and at most 2 years after the last contact. Anti-spam technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@grew.studio.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).

We use the following cookies and browser storage to make the site work and to remember your choices:

i18nextLng — remembers the language you chose (technical cookie, valid for 1 year).

gs_consent — stores your cookie choice (accepted or declined), so we do not ask on every visit (technical cookie, valid for 12 months).

gs_attr (browser session storage, cleared when the tab is closed) — on your first visit it remembers where you came from: the previous page and UTM tags from campaign links. This data is sent only together with your inquiry or booking, so we know which campaigns work.

_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics) — analytics cookies that show us which pages help. They are set, and measurement starts, only after your consent. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
