AI automation
Connect your e-shop to accounting
Orders and customers from Shoptet are entered into your accounting program automatically. You only approve them.
A short call. We will show you 3 things that can be automated.
Who it's for
For operators of a Shoptet e-shop who keep their books in Pohoda, SuperFaktúra, Fakturoid or Money S3 and retype order data by hand today. You do not have to change programs.
What slows you down
- You see the order in the e-shop admin and then type it again into the accounting software.
- You retype customer data (address, company ID, billing details) from one program to another.
- You track order status and payment status in two programs at once.
How it works
- 1
New order.
Shoptet notifies us that an order was created (a webhook), or we load orders regularly through the API.
- 2
Preparing the entry.
From the order we prepare the customer, line items and payment in the form your accounting program accepts.
- 3
Your check.
You approve the document before it is entered or sent to the customer. Code calculates amounts and VAT, not AI.
- 4
Entry into accounting.
The customer and the document are entered into Pohoda, SuperFaktúra, Fakturoid or Money S3.
- 5
Back to the e-shop.
Shoptet lets us change the order status, so we can send it back.
What's left for you
- You approve documents before they are entered or sent.
- You decide who has access to the systems. Data stays in your systems.
- Accounting decisions stay with you and your accountant.
What can be connected (per the official documentation)
Shoptet, where we read from
- The Shoptet API covers orders (items, payment, shipping, history), customers, products, and also invoices, credit notes and proforma invoices.
- Shoptet can send a webhook, which is a notification about an event such as an order being created. The notification can carry the full order data.
- Through the API, orders can also be edited, for example by changing their status.
- According to the documentation, the private API is available to e-shops on Shoptet Premium, using a private token from the admin (Connections » Private API).

The accounting program we write to
Both sides have officially documented interfaces, so we can build the connection to fit. We have not verified a ready-made “switch it on and it works” connection between any two specific programs, and we do not claim one exists.
- Pohoda: the XML interface allows import and export of invoices, orders, the address book (contacts), stock and other records. It connects through mServer (HTTP) or by exchanging XML files.
- SuperFaktúra: a public REST API with invoices, expenses, clients, stock items and stock movements. A test environment (sandbox) is also available.
- Fakturoid: API v3 with invoices, expenses, contacts, stock items and webhooks.
- Money S3: the API reads and writes invoices, the address book, stock documents and other records. It requires the purchased API add-on module.

What you need ready
- Shoptet: Premium (private API).
- Pohoda: mServer runs in a separate instance of the program, not the one your accountant works in. It is used on the internal network.
- Money S3: the purchased API module and a generated key (Client ID and Client Secret).
- SuperFaktúra: an email and an API key. The documentation recommends a separate API user with the Administrator role.
- Fakturoid: connection through OAuth 2.
