Challenge
Agents retype data from the title deed by hand and rely on templates from the internet. A mistake in the contract can stop the registration at the cadastre.
Solution
We built the whole app, including AI reading of the title deed. It reads the data, lets a person check it and runs the contract through cadastre rules before generating. The contract templates were drafted by attorney JUDr. Lenka Nehezová.

How it works
Four steps from deed to finished package
The process is short and every step can be checked. The app changes nothing silently, everything is on screen.
- Upload a PDF from the cadastre portal or a photo of a paper deed
- Check the loaded data
- Add the parties and the payment method
- Download the package in Word and PDF
Cadastre rules and guarantee
Rule checks and the cadastre guarantee
Before generating, the contract passes more than 60 checks based on the cadastre law. If the district office interrupts the proceedings because of an error in the text the app generated, the terms of the guarantee apply.
